This street is mentioned as being one of the most important streets of Braga at the time, mainly when the Parish of S. José of S. Lázaro was created at the request of Archbishop D. The iconic Avenida da Liberdade is just a few steps from Chãos de Sima. You can enjoy a nice walk to Praça da República and Rua Do Souto and find all the sights and historical points of Braga. Near the flat there is free street parking and paid options.
Chãos de Sima is located just a 5-minute walk from the Praça da República fountain and the iconic Avenida da Liberdade and just a 10-minute walk from the Arco da Porta Nova and the Sé Cathedral. The Bom Jesus do Monte Sanctuary is a short 12-minute drive away, while the Nossa Senhora do Sameiro Sanctuary is a 20-minute drive away. There are bus stops 100 metres away and Braga central bus station is just 350 metres away.


- The street in which the accommodation is located is pedestrianised and not accessible by car.

- The Municipality of Braga charges Tourist Tax for overnight stays: € 1.50/person/night, up to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights. The fee applies to guests aged 16 and over and will apply between March and October. It is charged upon check-in.

- For foreigners, the ID information will be requested according to the Law 23/2007, article 16, where the host is required to report the presence and details of all non-Portuguese to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF). You will receive a link to fulfill prior to your arrival and all the details requested are mandatory.

- Try to leave everything as you found it to preserve space. If you have damaged something in the accommodation, please let us know so it can be fixed before the next guests enter.

- Our accommodation is located in the historic center of Braga and does not have private parking. You can park in the streets next door, some free and some paid. There are private parking options such as the Av. Central Car Park 500m from the accommodation.
