It is also 10 minutes from Olympic Park and 9 minutes from Praia do Recreio, ensuring easy access to leisure and entertainment.

For everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and notices:
⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be sufficient time for access to the property to be released. In this situation, the guest may be unable to check in on the same day of arrival and will need to wait until the following day for the process to be completed.
⚠️ Use of the swimming pool requires a medical certificate, which must be presented to the guardian on site.
⚠️ The barbecue area must be booked in advance by email.
⚠️ To use the gym, it is mandatory to register with the administration and present a medical certificate suitable for use of the equipment.
⚠️ The convenience store in Block 1 is for common use; registration is mandatory and can be done on the spot, directly on site.
⚠️ The concierge is not authorised to store luggage. If needed, you can leave your baggage at our agency.
⚠️ Making noise after 22:00 is prohibited (Quiet Hours Law).
⚠️ The tenant must send the complete list of guests (name and document) respecting the reservation limit. Unregistered persons cannot enter the building.
⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclables, using different bags.
⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when transporting luggage or towels.
⚠️ When leaving, make sure all electrical appliances are switched off. Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$100/day, deducted from the security deposit.
⚠️ Check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. Please enquire about availability for early check-in or late check-out.
⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed linen and towel change services can be arranged and paid separately. Please be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.
