We love hosting and aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible, but we also believe in setting clear and fair expectations about what is included.

We love that our guests appreciate the uniqueness of our space. Here are some gentle reminders to ensure a harmonious stay:

• House layout: The Tomada House is arranged as follows: 1 complete living room with open-space kitchen, one complete bathroom and one double bedroom. Access to the other bedrooms is from the outside and they are configured as a family room with two double beds, a bedroom hallway and the bathroom is located inside one of the bedrooms. This bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms.

• Respect for the House: treat our house as if it were your own. Please keep the space clean and report any damage immediately. We provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable and ask that you use all facilities responsibly.

• Living within the space: Our house, despite being in a quiet area, has neighbours. We ask you to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbours. Keep noise to a minimum, especially during late hours, and treat people with courtesy. The pool is not supervised and you should be careful when using it. It is strictly forbidden to enter the pool or leave bottles, glasses or any glass objects on the edge.

• Organisation: Help keep our space clean after your passage. Collect your rubbish and place it in the bin. Conserve water whenever possible and ensure that lights and electronic devices are switched off when not in use.

• Deposit: There is a deposit of €250 that must be paid before your arrival. It will be refunded provided everything is in order.
