Welcome to Green Coast Beachfront Retreat by Minho's Guest, the perfect refuge for those seeking comfort, tranquillity, and moments of fun by the beach.
The space
This modern 3-bedroom apartment is located in an excellent gated community, with access to an indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor pool, children's playground, sports court, and gym – ideal for all ages.
Located on the prestigious Colónia Avenue, in Apúlia, the apartment combines the comfort of a true home with the charm of a seaside holiday.
The apartment offers a spacious and bright living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa - perfect for relaxing and enjoying a movie or game night.
With direct access to the balcony and private barbecue area, imagine yourself savouring a delicious barbecue while socialising with your loved ones and enjoying the pure sea air.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with all the essentials: hob, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, various utensils and everything you need to prepare from simple meals to more elaborate dinners. It also has a washer and dryer and a dishwasher.
The three rooms were designed to provide a calm and rejuvenating rest after a day at the beach or pool:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of them en-suite
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (can be converted into a double bed upon request)
- Cot available for children up to 3 years old (upon request) and high chair for meals.
Our space is carefully designed to provide a comfortable stay for our guests. We offer bed and bath linens, comfortable high-quality bathrobes, shower gel and shampoo, which complement the amenities.
