Guests will have access to the apartment and common areas, namely the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gym, sports field and children's playground. Instructions on the use of these spaces will be available in the accommodation. The use of swimming caps is mandatory in the indoor pool and guests should bring their own caps.

• Respect for the apartment: treat our home as if it were your own. Please keep the space clean and report any damages immediately. We provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable and ask you to use all amenities responsibly.

• Community living within the condominium: our condominium is a safe place designed so that everyone has a good experience. We ask you to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbours. Minimise noise, especially during late hours, and treat people with courtesy.

• Environmental Awareness: Helps to keep the beach clean after your visit. Collect your rubbish and keep it clean. Conserve water whenever possible and ensure that lights and electronic devices are switched off when not in use.

• Amenities for your arrival: The apartment has the necessary consumables for the start of your stay. The acquisition of extra quantities should be acquired by guests during their stay.
